5. AN INCLUSIVE APPROACH REVIEW ON-BOARDING PROCESS • Get data from contributors and improve the process EMPATHY • Answering questions • Creating issues and reviewing pull requests HAND-HOLDING • First Pull Request • Do’s and Don’ts in the project or community
6. It’s not just our source code or software design pattern that should be open, WE should be open to new contributors and feedback.
