3. Membership database The Ghana Emerge Leaders Network Membership database will contain each member’s usual personal information such as: member’s name, date of birth and of course a valid address. As per the aims and goals of the network, forming collaborations amongst members will further mean that the database should contain a strong profile on each member. Areas to be considered are aims and aspirations (achievable within the next 15 years), past aspirations, strengthens and weakness (socially academically), temperaments, etc. among others The Ghana Emerge Leaders (GEL) Network Membership database will  Provide basic membership data for the GEL body.  Assist members by providing them with prospective partners in fields of their choice Social Media Presence Social media has become a modern tool by which many businesses and organizations have maximized profits by connecting with customers, following up on leads and even addressing complaints. This among other benefits makes social media a tool necessary for the attainment of the Ghana Emerge Leaders (GEL) Network vision of creating a space where the members can share ideas and information.
4. Continuous Learning Follow up programmes for members to continue learning will deliberately re -enforce into members the need to have their dreams and aspirations realized. Members of the entire GEL Network will also acquire new set of skills and develop existing ones. Events like practical workshops will go a long way in achieving this not forgetting the various resource persons to educate us members. Occasional Get together Events Organizing occasional get together events goes a long way in re affirming unity amongst members, directors, coaches, individuals and institutions part of the Ghana Emerge Leaders Network. It also brings to members the opportunity to meet and network with corporate executives who might turn out to be prospective employers or even meet with other like-minded persons to collaborate with in developing cutting edge solutions. Volunteer Services Giving back to our communities ensures the knowledge and skills we as members have acquired do not leave this world with us but rather equip the next generation in preparation to take on their part of developing our motherland and country.
