The IT Development is centralized in Java only  The distribution of Information, knowledge and competence is not spread widely.  Mostly, the IT curriculum in many universities in Indonesia is not related to what Industy needs  Lack of english understanding especially in reading english material  The old style culture : Indonesian needs to be inspired to do good things. It’s hard to say : “Go to http://developer.android.com” to learn android application development” before they know what The biggest impact to their life.
