Pair that with talent and drive, and you’ve got yourself a career in motion. You have the power to be a young professional, make great money, and never ever have to apply to a McDonald’s. 4. I’m a high school senior. I have six years of experience in both web design and graphic design I have worked as a freelance designer for the past few years I did a six week internship at a tech startup in NYC ...and now I’m getting ready to move to New York to get a real job and attend the New York City College of Technology 4 Saturday, May 5, 12

Your resume represents you and your experience to future employers You can use Word, InDesign - BE CREATIVE Keep it to one page Include classes you have taken, if relevant Include volunteer work Organize with bullets, tabs, etc. Be wary of typos! Always use a cover letter Dress professionally, be punctual and prepared, and con dent Send hand written thank you notes to interviewers if possible Be knowledgable about the company beforehand... aka, Google It Be the rst or last interview of the day Shake their hand hard!
