As advertising shifted towards services, apps became the ideal branded
utility.
Examples are legio.
Now here’s the problem: digital services are limited to ...

People want to be able to create, touch, hold, display
and gift things.
A physical card is so much more special than an
email.
2012 promises to bring a lot more examples of this
trend.
Yet while we do want to experience tangible things, we
don’t want to lose the advantages of digital.
