My Educational Background & Motivation • I was born on 07 Oct 1984 in Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia • I studied my high school in a specialized school called KSHS ( I was the 9th best student to join KSHS starting my 9th grade) from the Tigray state. • I studied my BSC in Mekelle Institute of Technology(MIT) (Special Institute) and graduated in July 2008 as a gold medalist in ECE with CGPA 3.86. • I started job in Information Network Security Agency (INSA) in July 2008 as a Signal Analysis professional. • I joined Ethiopian Airlines in Nov 2010 and worked until March 2018 as Aircraft Maintenance Technician Instructor. • I then joined Tahses ICT and Consultancy PLC in March 2018 and have been working as Software Project Manager with different roles. • Motivated with Erasmus Mundus Tailored multi-disciplinary programmes, exposure to multi-cultural and expertise of 3 Universities, Practical and Design based learning, my experience on different field of studies.

My Expertise • Analog and Digital Circuit Module design • Skill and Knowledge in Avionics Aircraft Systems of different aircrafts. • Teaching Aircraft Basic and System Courses and Troubleshooting procedures. • B787-800/900 and Dash8-100/300 Aircrafts Avionics Maintenance. • Certified Scrum Product Owner and Requirement Analyst. • System Requirement Gathering and Analysis. • Programming skills in C#, PHP, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, ASP.NET, Laravel, VueJS etc. • Backend and frontend software development knowledge and skill. • Instructional System Design and Instructional Techniques Certified. • Skill and knowledge in different Project Management Tools ( Azure DevOps, Jira, Git). • Signal analysis using MATLAB, C# programming tools.
