Work to Live, Don't Live to Work

A prevalent trend in our industry is that to make it, you must kill yourself at work. Startups have been the culprits in evangelizing the idea of working till the wee hours of the night. Why do tomorrow what you can do today? However, as people, what makes us happy isn't work. This presentation talks about what's really important and how setting priorities straight can drastically affect our quality of work.
