“Ugh, I can’t believe how developers agreed to implement this design. User experience trumps technology.” Wouldn't it be great if developers care about users as much as designers are held responsible for? If they make an effort to understand design and be conscious of the features they are working on? This talk is to highlight some misconceptions, why it matters to practice empathy towards users, adjusting expectations and some tips from personal experiences.
