  3. 01 前置き AWSの請求のしくみ 単体アカウント acct 各アカウントに支払い情報を登録し、そのア カウント宛に毎月請求される AWS Organizations 管理

    → 組織を作ると、子アカウントの利用料は管理 アカウントへ一括請求される

  4. 02 Billing Transferとは Billing Transfer？ 2025.11.19 発表・GA いわゆる re:Invent 予選落ち期間

    組織間で請求を転送できるようになる機能 機能であってサービスではない だから Amazon / AWS の prefix がつかない。日本語コンソール上の表記は「請求転送」

  5. ある日コンソールでこれを見て思ったんです " ひとつの組織に適用してるクレジットで、 他の組織の支払いも相殺できるのでは…！？

  6. 03 やってみた 登場人物 A 組織A 転送先 Control Tower 管理 普段使いアカウントもここ

    B 組織B 転送元 オレオレ Landing Zone 検証用 $1未満の請求あり

  7. 招待 → 承諾 組織A：招待 1/4

  8. 招待 → 承諾 組織A：招待 2/4

  9. 招待 → 承諾 組織A：招待 3/4

  10. 招待 → 承諾 組織A：招待 4/4

  11. 招待 → 承諾 組織B：承諾 1/3

  15. 05 結果 ダメじゃん！ — 普通に請求されていた

  16. 06 結果 というわけで、ダメでした 他にもいろいろ検証したりドキュメントを見ましたが割愛して… 敗因 クレジットでの相殺処理は、請求そのものよりも前のタイミングで行われているらしい

  17. 07 おわりに Billing Transferの意義ってなんだ 管理と支払いの完全な分離 いわゆる AWS請求代行サービスでは、基本的にルートユーザーはベンダー側に握られている GAと同時にベンダーの再販にも使えるようになったので、今後これを裏で使った（＝顧客側で全機能を無制 限に使える）請求代行サービスが出てくるかも？ 御三家を始めとしたSPP/Distribution
