Dopo quasi un decennio di esperienza con XP mi ritrovo per la prima volta a contatto diretto con Scrum.
Com'è andata? Cosa mi porto a casa di nuovo? Come ho potuto contribuire grazie al mio bagaglio di competenze in XP? Cercherò di raccontare, in modo non troppo di parte, differenze e punti di forza di entrambi i metodi, confrontando l'esperienza sul campo su due temi "pilastro": prodotto e processo.
