A year ago, Empathy decided to ditch the traditional Agile-Sprint methodology and start using Cycles, a system inspired by Basecamp's Shape-up methodology.

This new system completely upends how we work (Engineering, Product & Design) and we have witnessed a significant shift in our team's productivity, collaboration, and overall satisfaction.
