This new system completely upends how we work (Engineering, Product & Design) and we have witnessed a significant shift in our team's productivity, collaboration, and overall satisfaction. This talk will delve into the details of our journey, the benefits we have gained, and the key takeaways that extend beyond just the cycles system.
