RESET Roomba using the iRobot app

If your Roomba robot gets stuck during a cleaning cycle, what's the first thing you would do? Obviously, checking the battery level is the first thing. However, if even after the power is restored and the robot refuses to perform the way it has been in the past, you would need to take advanced troubleshooting steps.   1. MDM Company Firstly,open the iRobot Home app on your mobile

    or tablet. iRobot Home app is available for free. You can download the app from the App Store and the Play Store. Download and install the latest version
  2. To reset Roomba, the iRobot Home app should be updated

    to the latest version. Make sure you download the latest version only. Do not download the app from any untrusted sources. Do not use third-party apps for the reset process.
  3. Tap the Reset Roomba button. Open the app and go

    to Settings. You will see the option to Factory Reset your device.
  4. You need to remove your Roomba from the app. It

    will bring your device to the factory default settings. Tap Remove/Factory Reset Roomba and wait for a few seconds.
  5. At last, the iRobot Home app will remove the device

    from the iRobot Home app and it will be set to the factory defaults. The internal memory will be erased. The device will need to be reconfigured properly Please do not turn Off the device in the middle of the process.
