What are employers looking for? In Seattle, we need to bridge a gap. Designers who can work in a technical space will be more successful IMHO. Designers who know their medium and understand how to shape it is infinitely more awesome and more valuable.

With Code Fellows I am putting together a curse that aims to teach the spectrum of technical skills to designers in a way that respects their craft.
