3. OUR ORDINANCE ENFORCEMENT AND HEALTH INSPECTORS ARE ADAPTING VERY QUICKLY AND JOINING EFFORTS TO CONTINUE TO EFFICENTLY SERVE OUR COMMUNITY. ADOPTING NEW HOURS OF OPERATION AND SPECIAL DUTIES THAT ARE CONSTANTLY CHANGING IN THIS TIME OF CRISIS IS NOT AN EASY TASK. NEVERTHELESS THE WILLINGNESS TO OVERCOME ANY SITUATION AS A TEAM IS EXTRAORDINARY!
4. Boots on the ground team handed out a total of 5,749 informational packets as of April 30, 2020. They went door to door in the Southmost area in collaboration with Commissioner Galonsky. Taking the lead joining efforts to educate our citizens with best practices to stay safe from Covid-19 and resources to seek help.
5. There are moments in life that define one as a person! Today the City of Brownsville Public Health Department is defined as a great team of public servants that take pride in providing our citizens with the best service and support. Thank you for all your hard work, and for being great peers who look out for one another as family!
