  1. HAIR GROWTH CYCLES To properly understand hair removal, you need

to also understand hair growth cycles. All hairs on your body have a cycle of growing (anagen), resting (catagen), shedding (telogen). When you pull a hair out from its root, it takes 4 weeks for a new hair to replace the old one — so 4 weeks from anagen to telogen.
  2. HAIR GROWTH CYCLES There is no way to time your

growth cycle to have them all coming in at the same time, but by regulating your hair removal (in this case, threading) and having regular 4 week appointments, you will help those brow hairs come in as close to the same time as possible, giving you a nice, clean brow.
  3. HAIR GROWTH CYCLES If you thread your client's brow (or

upper lip, chin area) and they complain that their hair grew back within days, this just means you haven't pulled those hairs from the root; they've been broken and the root is still in the skin.
