    of professional development that equips educators with the knowledge and skills to effectively support autistic children in the classroom. Coaches work closely with teachers to build their capacity to understand and respond to the unique needs of autistic children. Individualized Support Coaches help teachers develop individualized support plans that address the specific needs of each autistic child.
