Business model innovation for the digital age.

Business model innovation for the digital age.

  1. Purplebricks Example I commented on a ‘friends’ Facebook post where

he slammed online estate agents, which ended in me being deleted… he’s a traditional estate agent.
  2. Here’s an American stock market index based on the market

    capitalisations of 500 large companies. S&P 500
  3. 60 % Top 12 S&P 500 companies in 2000 are

not there in 2015; other 40% have dropped rankings.
  4. OnTheMarket Example Estate Agents came together to try and ‘disrupt’

Zoopla. This launched in 2015 and it’s been a massive failure. All of the eye balls are on Rightmove and Zoopla.
  5. Gillette Club Example This is not a useful experience; they’ve

not thought about the job that the customer is trying to get done. Take a look at Cornerstone and Dollar Shave Club.
