  8. A B2B OKR product recently started experiencing high drop-off rate

    during sign up on their product. From interviews with the users, the designer gathered that the potential users are dropping off, due to high number of information requested during sign up. However, these information requested by the product are all required for their background and compliance check of the user. The information requested are: ⁃ Name of user ⁃ Company name ⁃ Company email ⁃ Phone number ⁃ Upload of Business registration documents ⁃ Company Goals ⁃ Team size Design a sign-up flow that reduces the drop-off rates.
