This is my team's hackathon's project which won the first prize in Blockchain category at HackInOut 4.0 - India's biggest community hackathon.

6. The Solution I can bet 2 units of money that what I am sending is not spam, Jerry!! Ha! I can bet 2 units too that you may be lying. You send spam. I am an AI. I can help you verify who’s lying.
7. What is the incentive for users? A. Less spam B.
8. The Problems to the Solution • What if both parties agree the email is not spam? Nothing happens. The AI never needs to be engaged at all here. Cost reduction. ;) • What if the receiver misuses the platform, and marks everything as spam? People of the world, stop sending emails to that guy! • What if the AI is wrong? Over a lot of users, it is reasonable to assume that would be rare.
