  1.  Though this isn't the first time a new Apple

operating system or device has had Wi-Fi issues, the situation this time around has been exacerbated by the release of the iPhone 5, putting an iOS 6 device immediately into millions of consumers' hands.  Not to mention all of the upgrades. Reports cite 60 percent of iPhone and roughly 40 percent of iPad owners upgrading to the new OS so far.  Apple is officially mum on the issue, i.e., the company hasn't made an official statement, though Apple's technical support is aware of the problem. Most of the media said Apple knows about the Wi-Fi problem and that it was tech support's job to "document everything" so Apple can eventually come up with a fix.
  2.  we're on the subject, the 4G LTE on our

iPhone 5 and Retina iPad can be spotty (We had been forced to use LTE when we would normally connect to Wi-Fi, but couldn't).  Even in dense metropolitan areas (for example, Los Angeles and Philadelphia) connectivity can bounce back and forth between 3G and LTE like a pinball

in Sunnyvale, California, United States.  Yahoo! Inc. was founded by Jerry Yang and David Filo in January 1994 and was incorporated on March 1, 1995  The word "yahoo" is an acronym for "Yet Another Hierarchical Officious Oracle" The term "hierarchical" described “how the Yahoo database was arranged in layers of subcategories”. The term "oracle" means "source of truth and wisdom" and the term "officious" means “ workers who use Yahoo got work”.  Yahoo provides Internet communication services such as Yahoo Messenger and Yahoo Mail.  Yahoo operates a portal that provides the latest news, entertainment, and sports information. The portal also gives users access to other Yahoo services like Yahoo Mail, Yahoo Maps, Yahoo Finance, Yahoo Groups and Yahoo Messenger.

The SO-DIMM version will feature 256 pins while the DDR3 SO- DIMMs have only 204 pins.  On the power consumption side, DDR4 DIMMs will need 1.2 volts while standard DDR3 modules use 1.5 volts.  High-density modules using 3D chips manufactured using TSV technology will also make an appearance in 2014, but one of the most important aspects is the point to point nature of the standard.
  6.  The internet in Africa is entirely different to the

internet used in the developed world. In America or Europe, the internet is generally something you surf on a computer or tablet -- a device with a 10-inch to 15-inch screen.  In Africa, hundreds of millions of people will experience the internet for the first time on a 2-inch cellphone screen. Probably in black and white. And probably only as text.  Mobile money is projected to become a $617-billion industry by 2016, according to researchers Gartner, who predict mobile transactions will reach $171-billion this year.  Africa has about one billion people, but already has an estimated 700 million SIM cards (by Q1 2012). It's important to note these are SIM cards and not users.
  7.  Mobile phones, by their nature, are better suited to

Africa's historical inadequacies and current challenges.  Smartphones, which are growing but not nearly at the same rate as in the developed world, are appearing; and with them, an app market is slowly developing.  Computers have always been too expensive for the majority of Africans, most of whom have never had a home phone line. A cellphone is cheaper to buy, cheaper to run and is always on you.  In South Africa, for instance, Google says 25% of its searches during the week are via mobile, rising to 65% on the weekends.
