    2017 • This document outlines a launch event to celebrate this milestone
  2. Objectives • Shape stakeholder perception of the brand • Position

    self as peerless across the length and breadth of industry • Tug at the heartstrings of stakeholders • Commence the process of deriving commercial value from preceding objectives

    then excel for this reason) • We are peerless (And this event will show you one of the ways) • We have a heart (In the end it’s all about the kids and their future) • We have roots (30 years is no joke) • We will remain (The future has just begun)

  6. Invitation • Embossed aluminium sheets in holographic envelopes to feature

    oil splashes from Oloibiri • Composite material to be sourced from the WECA countries and assembled in Nigeria by a skilled artisan who will benefit from this platform vs a famous one • Social media can be used to chronicle this process and eventual delivery • Deliveries to be made by chauffeured CASERS staff. Cars, horses + carriages to be used where appropriate to reflect culture of WECA country in focus
  7. Reception • Red carpet with hostesses laying petals on the

    floor and commemorative wreaths on guests necks as • A traditional band comprising musicians from across the WECA states play in the background • Afterwards, guests will be shown to their quarters/chalets to prepare for the launch event • Think, coming to America
  8. Pre event cocktails + Main Food and Beverage • Alcoholic

    + non-alcoholic beverages to be served by roving waiters in addition to hors d’oeuvres in a space outfitted with bamboo and providing a view of the ocean • Food and beverage to be a collaborative effort between chefs and bartenders from the WECA countries selected from a competitive process using social media • A special dish would be made by the finalists representing the strength of our diversity and 30 plates of this dish will be served daily at 30 restaurants across the WECA countries for 30 days post event and free of charge based on a first come first serve reservation process. The dish will be named #30deep and patrons will be encouraged to pay whatever they value the meal at and all proceeds will go to a cause that revolves around children. We suggest early school scholarships to kids across the WECA states
  9. Keynote address • To be provided by the group chairman

    using a hologram and towards the end of his speech he walks into the event space while still speaking on stage to unveil the new brand identity in company of other members of the board to include executive members and the company’s leadership
  10. Brand identity refresh • New logo to be submerged in

    an innocuous body of water outside the event space with a clear line of sight from the buffet/event area replete with spotlights • New logo to rise from the water body at the chairman’s behest and spotlights to illuminate same where it would stay in plain sight for admiration as well as photo ops post event
  11. Event space • Geodesic dome or Festival tent can be

    enlisted with a transparent roof for guests to look to the stars in a bid to grasp the future for casers which quite frankly is to infinity and beyond
  12. Video projection • During the event, the inside walls of

    the tent will serve as a videowall playing an immersive reel of CASERS work over the years to cocoon guests and literally immerse them in CASERS brilliance
  13. Memorable moments • Rendition of theme song by a choir

    collective with members from across WECA • Covers of popular WECA songs by a violinist accompanied by a guitarist with unannounced appearances by the performing artistes • Magic tricks by an indigenous performer • Music by Asa from Nigeria • An artist will sit through the event and sketch the event space as well guests as a collective and individually. Images will be projected in real time within the walls of the space and on the external surface of the space • Spotlights into the sky will project the themes of the event from the four corners of the island into the night sky like the batman logo • And the night won’t be complete without a firework show
  14. After party • 6 DJs from across the WECA states

    to take 30-minute sets each • DJ Khaled to close the night by DJing live from his home in the USA. He will be plugged in by live feed and vice versa for him to gauge the crowd reaction. • He will spin songs from the WECA region exclusively
  15. Hostesses • Full bodied. The prototypical WECA woman • Outfits

    to be sewn in the spirit of short black dresses but with the flavour of a coat of many colours drawing indigenous material/fabric from the WECA states
  16. Attendance • Staff will be allowed to bring 1 family

    member each • A competition will be run on social media and open to prospective staff to win up to 3 invites to attend the launch event
  17. Participation • We suggest CASERS staff play integral roles in

    planning and executing the event • Internship positions will also be open to prospective talent/staff to work on the project as an inroad to the CASERS experience and potentially joining the team
