  1. WHO WE ARE Bureau Q specializes in planning and realizing

    high-quality events. Having been active in the international event business since 1990, Michael 
 Quade founded Bureau Q in 2008. Based in Berlin, we work with large and medium-sized clients from various sectors all over Europe. Our well-coordinated and dedicated team cooperates with an extended network of professional service providers. Therefore, we can flexibly tailor our services to meet different requirements and explore the best options worldwide.
  2. WHAT WE DO Bureau Q plans and organizes conferences, incentives

    and corporate events in Germany and Europe. Our team includes experts from all disciplines providing you with strategic consulting, project coordination, event organization and follow up. We focus on innovative, creative and tailor- made solutions for large and small events. Specializing in new technologies and personal support for complex and short- notice requirements we like to realize exciting new ideas with a reliable, competent and high-quality approach.
  3. OUR BIGGEST PROJECT 1 day, 11 locations, 12,000 employees and

    only 4 months of preparation. Our team planned and organized an all-staff event for the 40th anniversary of IKEA Deutschland on very short notice. On October 19, 2014, 12,000 employees simultaneously got together in 11 locations all over Germany. Locally known radio hosts, DJs as well as artists helped heat up the vibe. We used more than 270 busses to get all employees to the party. Due to the meticulous planning and organizing of this highly complex event the parties at all locations were very successful.
  4. CONFERENCES We create space for communication and interaction. Since 2005,

    we have been organizing the Regional Management Conference Germany for our long-standing customer Deutsche Bank. In 2006 and 2010 we were also responsible for the organization of the Global Regional Management Conference (GRMC). For these conferences we are in charge of planning, developing the technical concept and coordinating all events.
  5. GALA EVENTS Glamour with substance and concept. We have been

    developing the ceremony for the Deutsche Bank annual “Management Excellence Award“, granted for interdisciplinary achievements. Since 7 years, we have been responsible for the planning, production and technical implementation of the event.
  6. TRADE SHOWS We make products come to life. Since 2007,

    we have been designing booths for our client Volkswagen Financial Services. For Deutsche Bank’s Global Markets section we have been creating information booths, equipping and staffing them for various conferences in the last years. For Bosch/Siemens subsidiary NEFF we have been in charge of the digital guest management at various trade shows since 2 years.

    Cross-country golfing or buggy and quad driving: For Volkswagen Leasing we have been planning client events all over Germany for many years. For these adventures we focus on creating new experiences for the participants, perfect logistics and assuring the best safety conditions possible.
  8. GUESTMANAGEMENT We care for your guests. No more paper guest

    lists and long lines in front of the registration: An environmentally friendly app running on a network of iPads replaces paper lists. With this app clients can instantly make changes, get an up-to-date overview of the event at all times and an evaluation right after it is over.
  9. INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES We use state-of-the-art tools. We are pioneering new

    technologies and applications in the event business. Together with the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (University of Applied Sciences) Berlin we developed an innovative networking tool based on RFID technology. Thanks to our new registration platform enter our clients can now profit from personalized, flexible and fast event invitations, reminders and feedback options.

    being close to people are very important to me. With Bureau Q I made my dream come true in that my clients can profit from these aspects of my philosophy. The idealist in me will never fall silent. Yet I am also a child who loves to play and gets inspired by life’s possibilities each day anew. I’m very much interested in how the event industry will look like in 20 years. That’s why I want to contribute to shaping it – by all means available to me.
