    early and I may wake up too late! • Worried: I haven’t finished my paper (and I’m too sleepy to work) • Excited: Playing (PC) gets me excited and don’t want to stop. • Excited: I don’t want to stop reading. • Noise: There is random noises in dorms. Monday, April 9, 12
  3. Non-tech solutions • Sound of wind/rain/sea calms me. • Turning

    the light down/off. • Playing classic music or Jazz. • Paying attention to my breathing or heart beat. • Picturing myself swimming in an infinite ocean / flying in the sky. Monday, April 9, 12
  4. Tech solutions • White noise generators (to block/hide random noise).

    • Multiple/smart wake up alarms (to reduce anxiety of waking late). • Playing classic music or Jazz (rhythmic). • Paying attention to my breathing or heart beat (rhythmic). • Picturing myself swimming in an infinite ocean / flying in the sky.
