I feel it was easy to ask them anything because of their warm attitude. What do you like most about the onboarding program? Eating together during lunch. As a new employee it's a good way to create comfort and get to know more to other colleagues What's your overall feedback about the onboarding program? Overall, the onboarding went really well. HR was super approachable, the onsite team made everyone feel welcome, and the checklist made it easy to keep track of things.
