  1. Intention Welcome back!!! You know what to do...take a moment

to review your course intention from the previous modules. Check in with yourself again, express gratitude for showing up & think about what you'd like to get out of this today! THE LAST MODULE!! And yet again, you're welcome to do the meditation to get you into the right mindset. Are you ready to finish off this course strong?!
  2. Rundown Now that you have your goal and it's been

refined so it's in alignment with who we want to ultimately be, we are now ready to move on to the last part...creating an actionable plan and a belief plan. This is the heftiest, juiciest, most info-packed module because I just had so much to share on this part. And I wanted to give you the best tools to implement your goal as well as possible. I'll also be announcing your exciting bonuses for being in this course!!
  3. Action Plan Firstly, I want you to do a brain

dump. What are ALL the possible things required in order for this goal to be reached? Write out anything that comes to mind in terms of "to do" list items. Then, based on the time-bound portion of your SMART model from Module 2, you'll need to come up with a timeline of execution. TIP: plug in the end date first, then try working backwards to break your goal into mini steps.
  4. Action Plan: Check-in By now you should know what's coming...

How does this plan make you FEEL? Similarly to a goal check-in, you want your plan to be realistic and you also want it to come from an uplifting, expansive place. If all you feel when you look at your action steps is shitty, guess what's going to happen? You'll give up before you even give your goal a chance. And there's a difference between dread and discomfort from growth.
  5. Belief Plan A belief plan is what you're going to

choose to believe (or if the belief hasn't been cultivated yet - what you're going to practice telling yourself) through the process of working on your goal. It has been a mind-blowing discovery for me* and I hope it's life changing for you too. You're going to write out all of the beliefs you'd need to have if you were to be the type of person who completes the goal you've set. *learned from Stacey Boehman
  6. I am a leader in my industry I show up

every day to get closer to my goal I am learning to grow my business to 10k months Failing helps me learn what doesn't work, it never stops me from moving forward I attract ideal clients with ease I make offers consistently even when it feels hard There are clients out there who could really use my help I love serving others through my business Goal: hit 10k months in your business Beliefs that can help you get there: When you think these thoughts, how does it feel to you? Some of them might not feel completely true just yet but the more you work on welcoming these kinds of thoughts into your life, the more likely your brain will begin to accept them. Imagine though for a moment that you truly believed these statements, how would it help you show up in your business?
  7. Belief Plan Now take some time to write out beliefs

that you think could help you in the process of achieving your goal. Redirection: you're going to have moments where you don't feel like achieving your goal is possible & times where you aren't doing the steps you planned out. This is NORMAL. Never beat yourself up. Feel the feelings of discomfort, acknowledge that this is simply your brain trying to keep you safe (in the ole comfort zone) and then compassionately remind yourself that if you continue to concentrate on this line of thinking, you'll end up not achieving the goal.
  8. Choose your struggle Let's think for a moment about what

would happen if you never started working on your goal - or you stopped halfway there. What would happen in 6 months from now if you stayed doing the same thing you were currently and not taking action toward your goal? What about one year from now? How would that feel? You want the consequences of staying the same to be worse than the consequences of taking action. Choose your struggle. In one scenario you're going to be struggling because you didn't end up growing or taking the action you wanted to. In another scenario you're going to struggle with the discomfort of growing and changing BUT you'll also be way closer or finished your goal.
  9. Growth is painful Why is growth so painful? We set

a goal, get all excited to achieve it and then once that wears off we're left with the reality that now we don't really feel like working on the goal. Then the self-sabotage kicks in "I'm too lazy to do it", "it was never that important to me anyway", "there's always next year!" It's because your brain doesn't care about your goals. It doesn't even care about your success. We are wired for survival and to procreate. And it's kept our species around for centuries. However, our fear mechanisms get in the way of accomplishing the things we want. Our brain wants to keep you safe so it throws at us some pretty creative ways to do so. ESPECIALLY when we're trying to grow. We have to begin to anticipate this & be aware when it happens. Even thanking your brain for being so damn efficient. Nothing is WRONG with you, you're simply human.
  10. Abundant Thinking Going to bring up having an abundance mindset

again here because when it comes to executing your goal, the more you can focus on making progress and having achieved it the faster you'll get there. Our default is to look for the negatives. Unless you very intentionally decide to focus on the positives, you'll likely default to how you haven't achieved it yet. Why this makes you not good enough. *the gap focus from Miracle Morning book
  11. Abundant Thinking Watch what you tell yourself. Our inner dialogue

is one of the most influential voices of our life. The more we beat ourselves up or speak negatively to ourselves, the less likely we'll be able to take action. The more we tell ourselves encouraging, loving things the more we'll act from an empowered place. You are the most important person in your life, start taking that seriously and begin to monitor what goes on in that mind of yours! Ask yourself if you'd speak that way to your friend or family member?
  12. Mini celebrations Another important component of the process of working

on a goal is making sure you're actually acknowledging yourself for progress. You don't need to wait until the whole goal is accomplished, celebrate your small wins. What are the mini goals you've set out for yourself and how can you add mini celebrations when you complete those? If it's to finish something, what about celebrating 1/4 of the way through? Often times we achieve a success and because we haven't been mindful of it, it will just pass us by and we'll be chasing after the next goal.
  13. Goal Visualization Board Visualizing is very common amongst high performing

individuals. For instance, athletes will visualize their race (the environment, what they tell themselves, doing each move, what they're wearing) beforehand over and over so that when it's their time to perform, it's not so unfamiliar. Your visualization board is basically the same thing as a vision board but you'll use it to supplement visualizing. I also include a word of the year. I got this idea from my coach @Jessicasealey (who got it from a coach @Topsievandenbosch haha), I made two! Save to your desktop & make sure to look/connect with it daily. Can also put one together on pinterest.

  15. Mantras Progress over perfection I'll feel so much better if

I do this now I choose to enjoy the journey My only limit here is my negative thoughts If I have a bad day, I'll take a break and try again tomorrow I am creating the life of my dreams I show myself compassion when I miss a day/have a mistep
  16. Letter to present you The last letter is from future

you to present day you. Describing what the journey of accomplishing this goal was like. How did it all FEEL? The joys, the struggles, how you navigated the struggles, showed yourself compassion and stuck with it. What you learned from the experience and what you’d do differently next time. Go as detailed as possible into this. Then, end it with gratitude to yourself. The more you can connect to your future self who has accomplished this, the better (be sure to save it somewhere & add in a reminder to your calendar/system to go back and read it).
  17. RECAP Action/Belief Planning Action Plan breakdown Mindset work including a

belief plan Preparing for setbacks Visualization board Mantra Your second letter
