Agent Skillを利用してインシデント対応の属人性を排除する • 特定のエンジニアが担っていたシステム特有の考慮や経験からの 切り分けを Skill として明文化し、AWS DevOps Agentに渡す • 過去に類似事象がないかをチェックしてから該当リソースの調査を開始する • インシデントの緩和計画を AWS Well-Architected Framework と紐づけて 提案する • Agent Skill によってAWS DevOps Agentの検出力・判断力はレベ ルアップするが、それで終わらないこと • チーム全体が AWS DevOps Agent の恩恵を受けために、Skillをファイルで システムのソースコードとセットで管理して、継続的に更新・改善していく • AWS DevOps Agent と振り返りを行い Skill をブラッシュアップする 20

Amazon Confidential and Trademark. 連携先システムのログをもとに自システムの調査ができる • 該当システムと連携するクライアント側のエラーログをもとに AWS DevOps Agent に調査を依頼 • ログに記録されて時刻から自システムのログを調査 • クライアントからのリクエストと整合性を精査し、関連するコンポーネント の稼働状況を調査し、エラー原因を特定してくれる • Amazon CloudWatch Logs Insights など調査に使ったサービスの 料金に注意 • AWS DevOps Agent は利用時間に応じて課金され、おおよそ長い調査でも10 分程度で完了するが、調査中に Amazon CloudWatch Logs、Amazon CloudWatch メトリクス、AWS CloudTrail などを参照するため、AWS DevOps Agent 以外の AWS サービス利用料金が発生する可能性がある 22
