    As community Shepherd

Get your self a right hand

    You'll need it

    Task management

Delegate, but gently; create teams (for events)

    Interpret

Act as liaison between corporates & media <-> community

    “Live in the community”

don't just be “The manager”, it results to “King is dead. Long live the King”

Community is the source for ideas
