3. INDEFINITE ▪ We use indefinite pronouns to talk about PRONOUNS people, places and things that we don’t name. We use indefinite pronouns with ‘’some, no and every” in affirmative sentence. ▪ E.g. No one is here! ▪ ▪ Note: we always use singular verbs with indefinite pronouns. ▪ E.g. Everyone likes the concert.
4. INDEFINITE PRONOUNS We use indefinite pronouns with “any” in negative and question sentences. ▪ E.g. Is there anyone here? ▪ ▪ E.g. I didn’t buy anything from the shop. ▪ Note: do not use “nothing” with negative sentence because the word is already negative.
