Verboice • Listen and respond to the voice of your
community • Interact with your target group via voice • Overcome literacy and technological barriers • It is Open-source
How does it work?
Getting Started http://110.74.204.121:8000/
Create your project • Login to Verboice • Create project
Add your call-flow • In "Call Flows" Tab • Add
Call flow
Design your call-flow • Go to Designer • Add step
Step: Play • Play recorded message
Step: Menu • Play an options menu • Wait for
user input [0 - 9], *, #
Step: Input • Receive keyboard input from user phone
Step: Record • Record voice message from user
Step: Branches • Branch call-flow based on certain criteria

Setup testing call • In Channels page • Create new
"Custom channel" • Dial string: "sip/ {number}"
Setup testing call • Install your favorite softphone program http:
//wiki.voip.ms/article/Softphones
Setup testing call • Configure SIP ◦ User: 9002 ◦
Server: 110.74.204.121 ◦ Password: 1234
Making a call • Edit your channel • In the
address bar you will see "... /channels/17/edit" • Call the number appears between channels and edit from your softphone
See you calls report • Click "Calls" Tab
