Lesson 課前討論 Construct an Insulating Device 製作一個隔熱設備

備妥以下幾種杯子：金屬保溫杯、金屬杯子／水壺、金屬茶杯、玻璃杯。放在教室前面的桌子上請思考： (1) 老師上課的這一天開始時給自己倒了一杯開水，想在午餐時間泡茶。到那時水還會是熱的嗎？ (2) 5min、20min、1hr後、甚至明天，教室前面這些容器中的水熱度會如何改變。

Materials 材料保麗龍 Styrofoam 厚紙板 Cardboard 250ml 燒杯 250mL beaker
鋁箔 Aluminum foil 熱水 Heated water 數位溫度計 Digital thermometer 剪刀 Scissors 膠帶 Tape 溫度計 Thermometer 尺 Ruler 棉球 Cotton balls 隔熱材料 Insulating materials

Procedure 步驟(詳細步驟內容請見影片) step 1. 製作一個15x15x15cm的正方體 step 2. 檢查設備，確保沒有任何能源來幫助保持水溫 step 3.
於燒杯中加入熱水，以數位(紅外線)溫度計測量其溫度並記錄 step 4. 將設備密封，靜置15min(冷卻期間) step 5. 15min後將設備打開，再次測量燒杯中水的溫度，與冷卻前溫度做比較 Construct an Insulating Device 製作一個隔熱設備
