  4. (Money ÷ Accounts × 30) × (100 ÷ Churn) Example:

    Money = $1,000, Accounts = 500, Churn = 5% (1000 ÷ 500 × 30) × (100 ÷ 5) = 1000 ÷ 15000 × 20 = $1,200
  5. (Money ÷ Accounts × 30) × (100 ÷ Churn) 1.

  6. Trends > Absolute numbers It doesn’t matter if your churn

    rate is 2% or 15%, it only matters that it goes down over time (does it?)
