  3. ORGANIZATION Where to start from? Understand the Problem Build your

    Hypothesis Team up & figure out the team‘s strengths and weaknesses Break down the entire solution into smaller tasks Appoint the roles: pick in a way that every teammate will be able to show their best sides. Distribute the workload evenly among teammates Don’t lose your time Ask for feedback as soon as possible Use slack Communicate frequenctly, give updates and ask for help Don‘t forget about: Break sessions Status sessions The presentation

    Visualization  Presentation  Modelling  Webformats  Use git to collaborate on the code
  5. MACHINE LEARNING  Do not jump into building models by

    dumping data into the algorithms  Validation set - avoid overfitting  Feature engineering – be creative  Ensemble has better performance than individual models
