So I want you to think about when you're looking at your calendar, and how you're planning ahead, we want to think about our mood, like we know that we're going to have to deal with a difficult person on a certain day, maybe that's not the day that we want to plan to be super productive for, you know, a planning of a project, or looking at our cycles, the times of the month, where you have more energy versus less energy and giving ourselves that grace to be a little more chill in those weeks where we need extra rest.
