    owners, partners & decision makers  39% with firms of 5000+ employees  64% are headquartered in the southeast  61% are in manufacturing, finance & accounting, products & services and technology  60% have no on-campus recruiting program
  21.  Base salaries ranged from $38,000 to $150,000 upon graduation.

     Of those receiving signing bonuses:  Range: $1,000 - $25,000  Average: $10,500  54% have transitioned from 1 to 4 positions since graduation.  85% had 1st vertical movement within 5 years, 54% of those within first 2 years.
  22.  90% had less than 5 years work experience. 

    Base salaries ranged from $42,000 to $80,000 upon graduation.  55% are still with same company.  Signing bonuses ranged from $1,000 to $20,000.  Average signing bonus: $10,000.  100% have made at least 1 vertical movement.
