From Engineer to Manager - A personal journey

This talk is a story - a story of how I went from being a senior iOS/Android Developer to a Manager. Becoming a manager is sometimes feared by Engineers, you’ll stop coding, and need to worry about boring topics. But is this actually true? Is it boring managing a team of Engineers?
I am going to talk about my own story of how I became the Mobile Lead at Buffer and how it is to change perspective and not code anymore, but rather help other to code better and build great products.
