  5. some guidelines to remember @chowdhury • can not go by

    price alone — need to make sure the people you work with share the same business philosophy • know what features need to be agile or waterfall and depend on PMs on both sides to ensure they are talking to each other • whatever country you pick, make sure there is engagement from your management team, go to that country, face to face meetings with people at least 2x a year. show you are all part of a team.
