Gen Z’s digital media preferences are particularly unique and brands must be more planful than ever to keep up with their elusiveness as they hop around from one channel to another. The interactions Gen Z has with brands throughout this experience is visually-driven, bite-sized, influenced by others and oftentimes ends up in-store to ask for feedback and make a purchase.
