Save Time, Boost Productivity & Drive Growth
  2. 2 peakace.agency How people are currently using Gen AI in

marketing Six top-level themes give an immediate impression of what generative AI is currently being used for: Source: https://pa.ag/4brddtI • Technical Assistance & Troubleshooting (23%) • Content Creation & Editing (22%) • Personal & Professional Support (17%) • Learning & Education (15%) • Creativity & Recreation (13%) • Research, Analysis & Decision Making (10%)
  3. 4 peakace.agency Currently, there are two main areas of focus:

Optimise Yourself How can you maximise your own productivity and efficiency? Optimise Your Business How can you improve processes, resource allocation, and overall operations?
  4. According to Microsoft, office workers spend up to 8.8 hours

a week on emails (writing, responding, sorting, email threads, …) 2 hours of emails per day! Source: https://pa.ag/3JKzRlc
  5. 10 peakace.agency Compose AI: A Chrome extension to make you

fast(er) A free Chrome extension to automate your writing Source: https://pa.ag/41TToay
  6. 11 peakace.agency How does this work? Just type "//" on

any website to trigger the Compose AI context window:
  7. 12 peakace.agency MailMaestro: Bringing Open AI LLMs directly to Outlook

Generate custom emails and responses based on short prompts; create one click email thread summaries including action points for the receiver: Source: https://pa.ag/40XTT3S
  8. 13 peakace.agency There‘s tons of different solutions out there Depending

on your use case (team usage, web-based, cold emailing, etc.) and "personal taste" you might want to try any of the following:
  9. 15 peakace.agency People spend A LOT of time in (virtual)

meetings… The majority (83.13% of respondents) spend a third of the week (up to 12 hours) in meetings Source: https://pa.ag/3QyOdbZ As a manager, for me it's not that uncommon to spend more than half of my work week (20+ hours) in different meetings.
  10. The cost of bad meetings is more than $37 billion

    annually (TheMuse) Source: https://pa.ag/4hCorPN
  11. Mainly due to a lack of clear objectives, not having

a pre-set agenda (or no agenda at all) or due to too many attendees. An astounding 67% of meetings are a failure Source: https://pa.ag/3Qx2vKo
  12. 18 peakace.agency My current favourite: tl;dv.io With tl;dv, a bot

will join your meeting ready to record and transcribe. Often, catching up is faster than joining a live meeting – so this will allow you to reclaim some of your valuable focus hours: Source: https://pa.ag/4bI7WhR What I really like: ▪ Instantly jump to relevant meeting moments (using timestamps & tags) ▪ Skim or copy parts of the transcript (in 25+ languages) ▪ Solve time zone differences once and for all with async meetings
  13. 19 peakace.agency Very strong with languages: Sembly supports 42 in

total! Pretty neat: Automatically stream meeting notes and tasks to task management tools such as Slack, Trello, etc. Bonus: Sembly is GDPR compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified! Source: https://pa.ag/3JRAn0N
  14. 21 peakace.agency FormulaBot: Turn your problem into a formula Transform

your text instructions into Excel formulas, spreadsheets, code, charts or a full-blown analysis in seconds: It’s like ChatGPT inside your spreadsheet and includes: ▪ Sentiment analysis ▪ Text classification & categorisation ▪ Information retrieval ▪ Freeform-style chat dialogue Source: https://pa.ag/4a7JvJ6
  15. 23 peakace.agency Some of my core ChatGPT (and Claude) use

cases right now Do research Create outlines Create summaries Validate [things] Ideation & concepts Speed-up learning Simplify content [ … ]
  16. ChatGPT doesn‘t ask questions – it fills gaps with assumptions

and predictions. In contrast, any human being would ask questions if they didn't understand something. When prompting, keep in mind:
  17. 25 peakace.agency DIGITAL STRATEGY AI SOLUTIONS PAID SEARCH & SOCIAL

DISPLAY & VIDEO CONTENT & DIGITAL PR ORGANIC SEARCH (SEO) DIGITAL ANALYTICS MARKETING AUTOMATION & CRO DELIVERING DIGITAL EXPERIENCES 130+ Awards 200+ Clients 30 Industries 170+ Peak Acers 25+ Languages FOR CONTEXT:
  18. 26 peakace.agency Use ChatGPT to summarise, simplify and get key

take-aways: In addition, it allows you “to chat” with e.g. PDFs (in my case a complex document describing a patent):
  19. 29 peakace.agency Source: https://pa.ag/3COgeIX The next-level: OpenAI‘s deep research An

agent that uses reasoning to synthesise large amounts of online information/data and complete multi-step research tasks.
  20. 30 peakace.agency Make sure to check out Google‘s NotebookLM! A

research assistant that works exclusively with the documents and data sources you provide. One feature I absolutely love: it can generate a podcast based on your data, helping you quickly familiarize yourself with a new topic.
  21. Custom GPTs are a way to create tailored, custom versions

of ChatGPT that combine instructions, extra knowledge, and any combination of skills. What are Custom GPTs (for ChatGPT)?
  22. 33 peakace.agency At Peak Ace, we use Custom GPTs almost

everywhere For individual tasks and client teams working on specific projects – all aimed at driving efficiency and streamlining processes. A few examples are listed below, though there are many more...
  23. 34 peakace.agency Source: https://pa.ag/smxlon24 Making Custom GPTs smarter with external

data A Custom GPT can also be used to fetch additional information from a third-party data-source via API. Interested? Check out this three-step DIY guide:
  24. 35 peakace.agency When to use a Custom GPT? Long-term context

Custom GPTs are a powerful tool to ensure that instructions remain contextualised over long periods of time. In addition to seamless third-party data integration, here are my top three reasons why building and using Custom GPTs is highly beneficial. Building workflows Custom GPTs are ideal for creating workflows for individuals who may not know how to effectively design contextual prompt sequences. Sharing instructions For sharing the same instructions across teams, without having to worry about specifying them (or how) at the prompt level.
  25. 38 peakace.agency Ego-Googling, anyone? I bet 99% of you have

googled your own company - probably more than once!

  29. 46 peakace.agency Let‘s look at payment providers as an example

“Which mobile payment platforms offer the best rates and features for e-commerce merchants?”
  30. 48 peakace.agency Share of Voice distribution of payment providers in

ChatGPT Which brands are winning in AI-driven recommendations? Highlights: ▪ PayPal holds the largest Share of Voice at 12.4%, indicating its strong presence in AI recommendations. ▪ Stripe and Square follow, with 11.4% and 10.9% respectively, showing that they’re well-represented but have room for growth. ▪ The "Others" category encompasses smaller providers, collectively forming a significant portion, which highlights a fragmented market presence. Source: Peak Ace AI Brand monitoring: 2,115 prompts and 14,443 brand mentions
  31. 50 peakace.agency E-commerce vs. subscription-based providers According to ChatGPT, PayPal

is the leading payment provider recommendation for e-commerce related prompts/queries while Stripe is the top recommendation for SaaS companies: Source: Peak Ace AI Brand monitoring: 2,115 prompts and 14,443 brand mentions E-Commerce & Retail Business Subscription-based & SaaS Companies
  32. 51 peakace.agency NGOs and SMBs also show some interesting differences

Nonprofits show unique results with platforms like Donorbox, Classy, and Network for Good ranking highly, while SMBs feature Square at #2 and include Zelle, unlike any other segment. Source: Peak Ace AI Brand monitoring: 2,115 prompts and 14,443 brand mentions Nonprofits & Educational Institutions Small & Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs)
  33. 52 peakace.agency If you’re interested: This is how we do

it… Compute a “Share of Voice" for a brand, topic, vertical or cluster. Like a visibility metric of sorts, take a baseline set of keywords, translate/adapt them into prompts, grab results and run entity recognition: 1. Generate monitoring prompts 2. Request those prompt responses from LLM 3. Extract brands from the response 4. Ask “What brand should I buy?” (and similar) as a natural follow up if there are no brands in the result 5. Ask “Where could I buy those products?” as an additional follow up to find market- places or merchants 6. Extract vendors from the response 7. De-duplicate extracted brands and vendors 8. Put all the results into a DB in a structured way 9. Calculate metrics: Share of Voice, brand-visibility, rankings, group by initial subtopics, categories etc. 10. Visualise data and happy analysing!
  34. 54 peakace.agency Strategies to improve your brand's visibility in LLMs

Focus on consistent, high-quality content updates that provide genuine value to keep your brand relevant and authoritative, as AI models prioritise the latest and most trusted sources. Source: Malte Landwehr via https://pa.ag/3EA0mug ✓ Create detailed, structured content: Publish in-depth, well-organised content to improve entity recognition and relevance. ✓ Summarise key takeaways: Place a concise summary at the top or bottom of each page to enhance scanability for AI-driven search. ✓ Secure authoritative media coverage: Get featured or mentioned in industry-relevant news and media outlets to strengthen brand trust and authority. ✓ Obtain citations in books: If possible, get referenced in published books within your industry to enhance long-term credibility. ✓ Maintain up-to-date profiles: Keep business and brand listings accurate on global and regional platforms. ✓ Be visible on community platforms: Establish and maintain an active presence on Wikipedia, Reddit, and Quora to reinforce credibility. ✓ Optimise page speed & rendering: Keep page load times below 500ms and minimise rendering delays by reducing heavy scripts and elements. ✓ Ensure content is visible without JavaScript: LLM crawlers fail to render JavaScript-dependent content, so key information must load natively in HTML.
  35. 56 peakace.agency The new consumer journey: Search beyond Google Modern

buyers don’t search in a straight line – they discover and navigate across platforms before making a decision. #1 Watches a product video on YouTube/TikTok #2 Searches reviews on Reddit/ Quora #3 Checks the brand’s website via Search #4 Asks AI- search for comparisons #5 Buys on Amazon/ G-Shopping
  36. 57 peakace.agency How to win in an omni-channel search world

“Be everywhere your customers search” – users don’t just search once, they search across channels Be discoverable across all key platforms (Brands that optimise for multi-platform search see 30- 50% higher engagement) Maintain brand presence at every stage of the journey (The average buyer interacts with a brand across 6+ digital touchpoints before converting) Prioritise real business impact over vanity metrics (Traffic alone is meaningless - brands that optimise for conversions see higher long- term ROI)
