  3. Scrum Development Process • We operate on a weekly cycle.

    • We start Sprint Planning on Tuesday, where we review the roadmap and project progress. • Every Monday, we perform releases and conduct the Daily Scrum. • Every team member takes on the role of a project owner, responsible for implementation direction, scheduling, and assigning team members. • We hold only regular meetings such as the daily stand-up, the weekly planning session, and the monthly retrospective. As a startup, we minimize meeting time to create an environment where the team can focus on product development.
  4. Project Lifecycle The Project Life Cycle represents what happens after

    a project is assigned to the project leader and what the project leader does until the project is completed. In the diagram, each color represents a different phase, and as the phase changes, the role that takes focus also changes. • Red(Planning): The manager focuses on this phase. • Yellow (Design): The project leader focuses on this phase. • Green (Implementation) : The project members focus on this phase. • Blue (Release): The release manager focuses on this phase.
