  1. Goal and Challenge: Drive the utilization of the conference rooms

    and positively impact workplace efficiency, employee effectiveness and overall engagement through smart, intuitive and engaging products. Precondition: The company has 1000 employees, 200 people work on one floor, 5 floors in total, and 200 meetings are scheduled everyday. Design a meeting room management experience which is convenient and also ensures the most efficient utilization of the meeting rooms. Design Context
  2. Space Productivity: Solutions that empowering employees to view and navigate

    around the physical spaces. Reduce the time spent in finding the conference room in the space. Online Productivity: Solutions that allowing employees to efficiently find and book the conference room. Intuitive and effortless and work the way users expect. Workspace Performance Optimization: Deliver an intelligent workspace insights and usage status based on real-time availability, occupant preferences, and occupant rate etc. Understand and oversee the use of the space to ensure maximum energy savings.   3. 01. Time Saved Enable employees to book a conference room

    and connect standing desk via blue tooth. Metrics: Time spent performing utility tasks on the app per user per week. Measurement: Measured via interactions collected in analytic tools (e.g. Heap) Top Level Goals

    around and quickly find the room they booked meanwhile see the room availability and people occupancy via the map view. Metrics: Proportion of Positive Survey Responses Measurement: In-app survey questions or message/email survey - how was your room booking experiences? (e.g. survey monkey, typeform)

    assign credits to employees, view insights, and manage the building health. Metrics: Tickets collected from employees. Measurement: Health checks, Response times, Support tickets, bugs (e.g. zendesk).

    Admins can view the insights and real-time availability on the dashboard in order to improve the quality of meetings, and help determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the meeting room utilization.
