    core functionality tied to information, comfort, and entertainment. Problem Space: Addresses a core problem with Self Driving cars; Most people won’t buy SDC’s. Depending on adoption curves (s shaped like iPhone or linear because of higher adoption)
  7. Three areas, I would identify to improve Features: Additional feature

    personalization in the app. Car seat, faster vehicle, VR headset. Etc. Business Model: Move from Free model to subscription service model like Netflix. User Adoption: Referrals system Woah! I’m a PM on this project, Yay!
  8. Feature Improvements Moar!!! Personalizations Users want more car options to

    entertain, inform, and make them more productive while traveling. Including a “Personalize your Voyage” module will increase data points while providing additional value for rider. Grow activations by 10% month over month for 6 months
  9. Business/Rev Model Improvement “Netflix for Taxis” “Taxi and Chill? “

    Cost of customer acquisition is high because we have more vehicles on the road, and thus increased maintenance. Moving from free to $xx/mo subscription model for transaction-less on-demand access to fleet will cover increased fleet management cost. Sustain paid subscriptions by 5% month over month for 6 months
  10. User Adoption/Virality Improvement Autonomous transport is a nascent industry and

    as such consumers do not see the value, safety, freedom of affordable autonomous transport. Improving referrals via a in-app system can have 10x on user adoption. Grow referrals by 10% month over month for 6 months Referrals system
