7. Why Voyage is well designed. Solution Solution Space: Intuitive usability, core functionality tied to information, comfort, and entertainment. Problem Space: Addresses a core problem with Self Driving cars; Most people won’t buy SDC’s. Depending on adoption curves (s shaped like iPhone or linear because of higher adoption)

9. Three areas, I would identify to improve Features: Additional feature personalization in the app. Car seat, faster vehicle, VR headset. Etc. Business Model: Move from Free model to subscription service model like Netflix. User Adoption: Referrals system Woah! I’m a PM on this project, Yay!
10. Feature Improvements Moar!!! Personalizations Users want more car options to entertain, inform, and make them more productive while traveling. Including a “Personalize your Voyage” module will increase data points while providing additional value for rider. Grow activations by 10% month over month for 6 months
