    into a task because it feels urgent, it’s more fun or we’re feeling guilty we haven’t done it in a while — You can work and feel that you had a productive day but was this work relevant to the current company goals? — Ask yourself and have your team ask themselves when they start a task: does it contribute to any of the OKRs?
