They don't have to be tech experts, but they should have a genuine interest in experimenting. While experimenting with various tools can be exciting and exhilarating, there comes a time when you need to focus on identifying your return on investment, uncovering true value, and finding ways to save time. Feel free to explore and try out different tools. Avoid committing to the first option you come across, even if it's offered by a company you're familiar with.

When these use cases make sense to all, similar to a perfect candidate, you'll find yourself needing to offer fewer explanations. The most apparent applications might not be where you'll achieve the greatest savings. This could be due to their technical nature or because they offer less scalability in enhancing employee efficiency.

Find a bunch of people who want to try tools and experiment with them. Don’t need to be a techie, but they must want to try. It's crucial for all staff to fully understand the technology, including its potential opportunities, as well as its limitations and risks. A fundamental understanding is sufficient, but it should be a strong foundation for everyone. To truly harness the power of AI tools or when engaging directly with an AI model, it's crucial to receive specialized training beyond the standard orientation. This training is essential for achieving maximum efficiency. To cultivate a strong interest in AI and nurture a culture focused on innovative solutions, it's essential to offer resources to employees eager to delve deeper into this field. This approach will empower them to explore how AI can address the company's or clients' needs effectively.
  4. Discussing your initiatives, or even just your eagerness to try,

    can significantly boost your internal visibility. This, in turn, makes it easier to attract testers for pilot projects. When executed well, it also contributes to crafting a positive story around your brand. However, be mindful that setting high expectations can have its downsides. I.T IS OPEN Show & tell 04 Internally, do it ASAP Externally, whenever you’re ready 5 Once you feel at ease discussing your experiments, such as when you have initial results—even if it's just to share that a particular tool didn't work well—you'll position your brand and company as leaders in innovation. Being among the first to speak openly about your findings sets you apart. By being authentic in your exploration, you'll also foster valuable exchanges of experiences with your peers. You're not presenting yourself as a competitor in a battle, but rather as a pioneer charting new territories, leading the way into the unknown.

    EVERY level of the organization Small benefits add-up fast 6 For routine tasks carried out by employees in any organization, the minimum advantage can begin at one day per employee each month for certain solutions. Considering the cost of 25€/month per user, it is undoubtedly a cost-effective option. Although developers might seem like an ideal starting point due to clear use cases, it's essential to consider the needs of your entire global workforce. What are the tasks that every one of your employees engages in daily?
  6. I.T IS OPEN Rethink you process 06 What could be

    automated or streamlined? How user interactions evolves from here? How UI has to adapt? 7 Just like touchscreen and vocal assistant redefined user interactions and interfaces, AI has the potential to transform usages. Because it’s not anymore making keyword search, but expressing the goal we want to achieve. It’s not anymore about spell check but asking a model to assist on the writing itself, rephrasing, checking the tone and the adequation to the targeted audience. etc What new uses cases could you unlock next? Once you've equipped your employees with these innovative tools, it's crucial to seamlessly integrate this tech into your current processes for enhanced efficiency. Consider all the new possibilities that are now within your grasp. What was once unattainable now feels entirely achievable. Dare to think creatively and explore beyond conventional boundaries.
