    form in a document. Copy and paste the questions into a Word or Google Doc. You can take your time and reuse what you say on another form!
  4. Pro Tip #2 - Get Feedback Don’t write and hit

    submit - get feedback first. Fix up your spelling and grammar. For better feedback ask specific questions: “Would you send me overseas based on this application? What could I fix to have a better chance?”
  5. Pro Tip #3 - Adapt to Fit Adapt yourself to

    fit the purpose. Know what they are looking for and make yourself fit at the perfect candidate. Don’t lie, but find an angle.
