    they are in away missions which look like walkie talkies with flip flop. This inspired Motorola to name its first flip flop phone as “StarTAC”. Flip Phone Bluetooth Headsets Uhura, Star Trek enterprise communication officer wears earpiece in communication station which resembles Bluetooth of today. Voice Activation Star Trek crew members use voice activators to activate enterprise computers which resemble today’s computer software, mobile phones and electronic devices that has voice activation options.

    his cars, girls, guns and gadgets. ‘Q’ - Head of R&D, Q division in bond series supplies gadgets to Bond for combats inspired many real-life technologies. Technologies influenced by “Q Branch” 007

    sticky GPS from the front end of patrol vehicle which help the department to track the criminal without even chasing. Star Chase Ring Camera Featured in 1985 movie - A View to a Kill, ring camera is now a reality with continuous efforts of Hyeonsik Studio & Jeon Yengwon. Finger Print Scanner Featured in 1971 movie- Diamonds Are Forever, finger print scanners are quite famous today and can be witnessed in almost all the sophisticated devices.

    true hero of Gotham City (Fiction) with the greater ideal of justice. He is ahead of us with his high-tech arsenal which inspired many arm manufacturers to actually invest on R&D of Batman gadgets. R&D influenced by “The Dark Knight”
  12. The present battle tanks may get replaced with “Bat Mobile”

    in near future. A group in BAE systems is working on the initial design to boost light armored vehicles. Bat Mobile Bat Pod All the components of “Bat Pod” exist in the market, though they are yet to be assembled. Its most interesting part is wheel engine which is still under research. Jet Boots Jetpacks are already test fired and fully functional, though its range is very limited. Next in the line is jet boots.

Tony Stark a.k.a Iron Man owner of “STARK INDUSTRIES” has created many military weapons and technologies to fight crime which has inspired real-life technocrats to dig-in deep on the fiction technology. Technology inspired by “STARK INDUSTRIES”

    endurance of suit bearer. It helps to carry heavy loads in and out of combats. It can be used as firefighters and rescue worker in tough environments. Exo Skeleton Mindless Drones The villain Varko in the movie employs drone robot to fight. Mindless drone are currently under research and may replace the real-life soldiers in future to avoid the loss of life in combats. Arc Reactor The power which drives the Iron Man’s suite. It uses cold fusion technique which is still under research and unstable.

    sole “Entertainment ” but the impact on life and technology is ultimate. Perhaps their thoughts might not be too much of a fantasy after all.
