they were impersonal, and they didn’t have the hands- on. Here, the animals are University-owned, and everything is done educationally. I like that it is small — professors, not assistants, teach the classes.” Ashley Taylor Pre-veterinary Medicine College of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State Universiy 18 Findlay.edu

Admissions and Services staff know how important it is to get started on the right rack from the very beginning of your arrival on campus. To help you we have set up the International Welcome Houses for all new students to reside upon arrival. The houses are within walking distance from the campus. Our graduate assistants (GA) are responsible for helping residents that stay in the house. They are full-time students who work in our office and who also live in the house full time. Students have up to 10 days to stay in the welcome house while deciding on whether they would like to live on or off campus during the academic year. Once a student makes his or her decision, the graduate assistants will be glad to show them the residence hall room or assist them with their apartment search. 24 Findlay.edu “At The University of Findlay, I receive more personal attention with my professors compared to larger institutions I have attended.
