  5. As COO of MinkaLife, Hidemasa is working to match international

investment opportunities with local government projects in Japan to help solve problems eme rging in the Japanese countryside, such as increasing vacant housing and declining population. Working with local governments, authorities, major companies working in rural revitalization, and regional stakeholders, we have conducted a number of projects that add cultural and historical value to rural assets and attract ESG investors. This eventua lly led to the reuse of local properties and created jobs for the community. 7 Portfolio – Rural Revitalization, Development and ESG Investing Management in Japan © 2026 Oi&Tas

goods, and electrical appliances in Vietnam. The partner companies were selected based not only on manufacturing costs and mass production systems, but also on their performance in delivering products to Japan and the manage ment structure of their factories. 11. 13 Portfolio – Exporting Authentic Japanese Food Culture to Southeast

Asia We work on branding for restaurants and systematizing know-how. For example, with a community-based ramen shop in Tochigi, we developed a structured approach to effective self- branding and staff training based on lessons learned from past failures, and supported their franchise expansion, which contributed to their growth to more than a dozen locations. We have also assisted in expanding domestic restaurant businesses into Vietnam, helping to promote the spread of Japanese food content in an overseas market. © 2026 Oi&Tas

  19. 21 Portfolio – Condominium Conversion in Thailand We planned, designed

and renovated some of condominiums in Thailand to turn them into accommodation properties. Combining the Thailand’s oriental atmosphere with the elements of Japanese hospitality, we created serviced apartments for casual stays, mainly for the upper class.
