    markets is expected to reach roughly $1.2 billion on a global scale in less
    than ten years.
    By 2020, it is expected that 85% of customer interactions to be handled
    without a human agent. Furthermore, experts are predicting that the
    market will grow at a compounded annual growth rate of more than 24%.
