  4. Setting the stage • What are you trying to accomplish?

    • Who should be in the room? And why? • Location, location, location! Uyai Umoren Effiong | @yoowai
  5. Day 1: What is this good for? • Agree on

    a long term goal (why are we doing this?) • Ask “how might we” questions • Bring in the experts Uyai Umoren Effiong | @yoowai
  6. Day 2: Co-create some solutions • Do some lightning demos

    – what innovations do you like from other industries? • Have each team member sketch their solutions (stick figures are okay!) Uyai Umoren Effiong | @yoowai
  7. Day 3: Pick an idea to test • Discuss the

    ideas • Vote (and super vote) • Make a storyboard with the winning sketches, including an opening scene Uyai Umoren Effiong | @yoowai
  8. Day 4: Build the prototype • The fun begins! •

    Assign roles to your team: makers, stitcher, writer, asset collector, interviewer • Do a trial run Uyai Umoren Effiong | @yoowai
  9. Day 5: Test the prototype • Interview your customers •

  10. Going forward… • Look for patterns in what the users/customers
