A graduate of the University of Michigan and Harvard University with the highest distinction, Dr. Yoram Keinan is a prominent expert on Taxation of Financial Products and Institutions (domestic and international), having served multinational clients for more than twenty years at major U.S.- based law and accounting firms with such focus, teaching classes at leading law schools for the past twenty years, and publishing articles in leading tax law reviews and professional journals. He frequently speaks at professional conferences and seminars, including those sponsored by Practicing Law Institute, Tax Analysts, Bloomberg and more.
